Q. Where is your cleaning company based?

We are based in Ashford, Kent, serving customers in the following areas Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Faversham, Folkestone, Hythe, Maidstone, New Romney, Sittingbourne, Tenterden, plus more within TN, ME and CT postcode areas.


Q. Do you provide FREE quotes?

Yes, we always provide free no obligation quotation. The estimate may be given either by email, text message or over the phone.


Q. Can I book a short notice service?

We recommend giving us a call or contacting us via email so that we can discuss all the options and requirements. We will do our best to provide our clients with a prompt response and with a first available appointment. Once you have given us a call it may happen we are available same or next day.


Q. What if we damage anything?

We are fully covered by a business Public Liability Insurance of up to £5,000,000.00 in case of any accidental damage caused by us. The policy covers us while working for both domestic and commercial clients.


Q. I could not find a specific cleaning service on your website, can you carry out the work?

Please let us know what is the type of service you are looking for. We might still be able to help.


Q. Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Yes, we only use tested and approved cleaning detergents and solutions. There designed to be used in domestic and commercial environments.


Q. Do you provide cleaning services in the afternoon or night hours?

Yes, We fully understand that in some cases cleaning would be a hindrance if carried out during business operating hours, therefore we can provide fully tailored option for cleaning during afternoon or night hours so that it does not interfere with your day to day movements and most importantly clients' visits.


Q. How long does it take to clean my carpets?

It all depends on how dirty the carpet is, what is the carpet made of, what is the size of a room that is being cleaned, are there any additional treatments required like stubborn stains removal, pets urine present. Cleaning of a regular size room may take appx 45 mins. 2-3 bedroom house up to 3 hours.


Q. Will I be able to walk on my carpets after they have been cleaned?

Yes, however some carpets may still remain slighly damp for up to 2 hours after the actual cleaning is completed. We always use a drying equipment which speeds the drying process up. We will supply you with some shoe covers which you can put on your feet.


Q. Can you always achieve 100% great results on carpets?

Well, we can not guarantee that in 100% times your carpets will look like new. In some cases, we may not be able to restore your carpets to their original condition due to some factors like carpet fading caused by high/frequent exposure to sun rays, burnt marks or other carpet damages. We will highlight that to you upon first inspection.


Q. Do you always carry out same jobs when you do end of tenancy cleaning?

It depends on what need to be done and what our clients ask for. Our estimates are fully customized and tailored to the individual customer's requirements and expectations. When we do the initial property walk we ask questions, point out issues and ask customers for a feedback. Its a perfect time to discuss all cleaning needs. Each cleaning project is unique and involves different tools and tasks. We always keep our clients informed.



Q. What chemical do you use for disinfection cleaning and fogging?

Our Specialist Antiviral disinfectant has been tested to BS EN 14476 standard and is proven to be effective against Coronavirus plus other most known viruses and germs. It can be used for both disinfection cleaning and fogging.


Q. Can you provide a regular cleaning support?

Yes, just contact us with the details and we will come back to you with a fully customized quotation.


Q. Do your cleaners wear uniforms ?

Yes, our cleaners are fully uniformed while in work. They are also fully trained and always arrive fully equipped.


Q. Can you supply consumables?

We do not stock or sell cleaning supplies. However, as part of the regular cleaning support we will make arrangements with our local cleaning supplies providers and have all what you need ready for whenever you need it.


Q. Where can I leave a Review about your service?

We are members of Checkatrade, you can always leave a Review on Checkatrade website under our profile. Also, you can leave a Review on our Facebook page. All reviews are much appreciated.


Q. How do I pay for your services?

As an individual customer, upon completion of the job you can choose whether you would like to pay by cash, cheque, card, bank transfer or PayPal. Corporate bodies will usually process payments via bank transfers (BACS).
