2. The actual after builders cleaning and tasks involved

We will sweep the place to remove dirt and dust, then clean all surfaces, windows, doors, shelving and furniture, banisters, walls, floors, kitchen, bathroom and toilet fittings. Next task is a removal of marks and paint splatters from windows, floors, fittings and other surfaces, making them clean like new. We can safely remove protective film from window frames and glass and from fitted cabinets and bathroom fittings. Once all the surfaces are cleaned and quality standards restored, we will focus on the floor cleaning. Our construction cleaners will vacuum all soft and hard floors. Depending on the floor type, we will either dry or wet mop, ensuring all the floors are left clean, dry and smear free.

3. Additional specialist cleaning

Some of our previous projects required an additional cleaning to further enhance final results and overall appearance of the areas cleaned. This included professional carpet cleaning (that removes trapped dust and dirt, which might have been caused by the building works) or cleaning of windows that might have become dirty during the whole building or renovation process. We can also deep clean all hard floors and are happy to provide any of the additional cleaning if and when required.

4. Final walk and quality checks

When all main and additional cleaning are completed, we will conduct a final walk to check everything. During the walk, if we notice that something needs quick correction, we will carry out the finishing touch-up cleaning. This is to ensure, that we have fully achieved the required standards.
